To unpick this letter of satisfaction, it says three things:
One is that HydroFLOW® has stopped the limescale from building up
Two is that HydroFLOW® has reduced the maintenance and costs incurred every 2 months
Three is that HydroFLOW® has actually “decalcified” which means the existing limescale on pumps has reduced.
