⚙️ Critical Industrial Process Lines – Keep production flowing even under the harshest process conditions.
💰 Reducing Costs at Industrial Scale – Slash chemical, maintenance, downtime, and water usage expenses.
How Does HydroFLOW® Multihead Range Work?
Unlike traditional methods that rely on chemicals, water softeners, or high-maintenance filtration systems, the HydroFLOW® Multihead Range offers a long-term, cost-effective solution. It transmits an electric field through the piping network, causing mineral ions to cluster together before they form hard scale. This allows minerals to remain suspended in the water rather than adhering to surfaces, reducing scale accumulation and optimising system performance.
✔ Improves System Efficiency – Helps maintain optimal water flow and heat transfer in industrial processes.
✔ Reduces Downtime & Maintenance Costs – Minimises equipment scaling, corrosion, and biofouling.
✔ Supports Sustainable Operations – No chemicals, eco-friendly, and low maintenance.

FAQs
Click below to read FAQs about HydroFLOW® products.
How does HydroFLOW® work?
HydroFLOW® uses a chemical-free signal to prevent limescale buildup, biofouling, and sediment accumulation. It also gradually dissolves existing scale, improving system efficiency without altering water chemistry.
Does HydroFLOW® work on all pipe materials?
Yes, it works on copper, PVC, PEX, stainless steel, and all other piping materials.
Where should I install HydroFLOW®?
For Domestic Units:
Install HydroFLOW® on the cold water feed to the boiler, heat exchanger, or water heater for optimal protection. If this is not feasible, it can be placed anywhere between the cold water stopcock and the boiler or cylinder.
For Commercial, Industrial, and Marine Applications:
Placement depends on the specific system. In most cases, HydroFLOW® should be installed on the cold feed to the heat exchanger or key equipment to ensure maximum protection. For complex systems, consult a specialist to determine the best location.
Is it easy to install?
Yes, install it onto the pipe and plug it in - no plumbing modifications or maintenance required.
How do I know it's working?
The unit has LED indicators:
- Pearl and Pearl Plus have a rotating blue LED pattern, showing that the signal is actively being transmitted.
- K40 and HS40 have a single red LED to confirm operation.
- Commercial and industrial models have red and green light - green for power, red for signal strength.
Does HydroFLOW® require electricity?
Yes, it operates on standard mains power, using minimal energy (around £4 per year for residential units).
How long does HydroFLOW® last?
With no moving parts, units are highly durable. Residential units come with 3 year manufacturer warranty.
Commercial and Industrial units come with 3- or 5-year manufacturer's warranty, but many last over 15 years.
How does HydroFLOW® compare to water softeners?
Unlike softeners, HydroFLOW® protects the entire plumbing system without chemicals or salt, retaining essential minerals in drinking water.
Where does the dissolved scale go?
Dissolved limescale is flushed or filtered out of the system. In some cases, it settles as a fine powder at the bottom of tanks or basins, which can be periodically cleaned.
Does flow rate matter?
No. HydroFLOW® works effectively regardless of water flow rate and even treats standing water.
Will it protect my central heating system?
Yes, it prevents scale buildup in boilers, heat exchangers, and radiators, improving efficiency and longevity.
How do I see results?
Results depend on water hardness and system condition. Existing scale gradually dissolves over weeks or months, while new scale formation is immediately reduced.
What's the difference between small and large HydroFLOW® units?
Larger units have a higher power output and are designed for commercial, industrial, and marine applications.
Is the water still safe to drink?
Yes, HydroFLOW® does not change water chemistry, keeping it safe and mineral-rich.
Is HydroFLOW® covered by a warranty?
Yes, residential units include a 3-year manufacturer's warranty.
Commercial and industrial units are available with a 3-year manufacturer's warranty with an option to upgrade the warranty up to 5-years.
