The Solution
One HydroFLOW® S38 unit (currently known as i Range unit) was fitted to the cold water inlet of the electric water heaters serving the raw milk piping cleaning system in August 2022, on 1/2″ CPVC pipe with no shutdown required. The signal disrupts the conditions that bond milk scale to surfaces, so existing residue loosens during washing and new scale doesn’t build up between cleans.
