The Solution

Three HydroFLOW® Custom 24″ units were fitted to the heat exchanger inlet pipes in March 2022 for a monitored 12-month trial, on a system flowing around 200,000 m3/day. The signal disrupts the conditions that bond scale to surfaces, allowing antiscalant to drop to zero.
